Singapore Island Country Club (SICC)
Project Overview
We are proud to have been the M&E consultant for the redevelopment of the Bukit Clubhouse at Singapore Island Country Club (SICC). Our design focused on creating a resilient, adaptable system tailored to the clubhouse’s diverse spaces and users.
Where Design Meets Sustainability

1 / Flexible Air Conditioning Design
The air conditioning system features a VRF design, providing modular flexibility to accommodate different room configurations and usage patterns. Each space is equipped with individually controlled lighting, optimizing energy efficiency while ensuring comfort.
2 / Centralized Control & Efficiency
To enhance operational control, the air conditioning system is centrally managed from a command center, enabling efficient monitoring and adjustments.
3 / Future-Ready Power Infrastructure
We designed the main incoming power supply with a 20% spare capacity, allowing for future upgrades without extensive system overhauls.
4 / Seamless Integration with Architecture
Seamlessly integrating M&E elements into the architectural design, we ensured the clubhouse retains its sophisticated aesthetic without compromising functionality.
5 / Commitment to Excellence
This project reflects our commitment to delivering efficient, future-ready M&E solutions that align with both the design vision and operational needs of premier destinations.
