Tofu G Gelato
For the Tofu G Gelato retail fit-out, Conceptial (SG) Pte Ltd provided M&E design and coordination to support the integration of building services with the interior design.
A key part of the project involved coordinating the concealed air-conditioning ductwork and other M&E services within the available ceiling space before ceiling closure.

Behind the Finished Interior
Before the ceiling was closed, the concealed air-conditioning ductwork, insulation and other M&E services had to be carefully coordinated within the available ceiling space.
Once the interior was completed, most of these systems disappeared from view — which is exactly the intention.
Good M&E coordination allows the engineering systems to perform their function without compromising the final interior design.
